Visit Fort Worth x NYC — Bringing Cowtown to the Concrete Jungle

Visit Fort Worth set out to bring the heart and soul of Fort Worth to Manhattan, and we were proud to help make it shine.

Held at the sleek Lavan Chelsea venue, this immersive experience showcased the soul, sound, and spirit of Fort Worth, right in the heart of New York City.

At the center of it all was a soulful set by Leon Bridges a Fort Worth native turned GRAMMY-winner and electric performances by Summer Dean and Disko Cowboy that turned the night into pure Texas magic.

In collaboration with our partners at TH Experiential we delivered a lighting and production package designed to elevate every moment.

Our setup featured Astera AX9s and ETC Source Four LED Series 2 Lustr Lekos, creating a dynamic visual atmosphere that seamlessly blended Western charm with NYC sophistication.

For Season 5 of The Chosen, legendary photographer, Annie Leibovitz captured portraits of the cast used as key art for the season. We had the honor of collaborating with Matthew Shattuck of Machine Street Projects to bring her work to life for a special screening of the new season in NYC ahead of the premiere.

We worked closely with Matthew, Annie, and her team to fine-tune every detail, meticulously calibrating color accuracy, tonal balance, and screen brightness to match her artistic vision.

The result? Her iconic portraits displayed intimately in stunning realism. It felt like you could step right in.

That’s the magic of pairing ROE Ruby 1.5 LED panels with the processing power of the Brompton Tessera SX40.

We had the honor of partnering with Active Production and Design, Inc and LIVE Events to provide LED support for the House of Arches fashion show hosted by McDonald’s during Fashion Week NYC!

We supplied 140 ROE Visual BP2 LED panels powered by Brompton Technology processing, to deliver a dynamic and immersive visual experience that complemented the artistry on the runway.

The event was the culmination of McDonald’s Change of Fashion mentorship program, and was a powerful tribute to Black creativity and the transformative impact of fashion—a true fusion of innovation and expression.

We’re proud to have played a role in this unforgettable night!

Just before 2024 wrapped, we launched Unboxed—our new event series connecting industry professionals with up-and-coming gear from AV innovators.

We kicked off our first Unboxed event with our friends from Panasonic Connect Pro AV USA, showcasing their upcoming 4K studio camera, the UCX100.

Attendees got hands-on access to the unreleased UCX100 and gained valuable insights into its innovative features—from standalone operation to advanced moiré suppression for LED walls.

Experts from ROE Visual and Brompton Technology also joined us, sharing strategies for LED wall color management and camera matching.
