🐝 Homesteading fun fact:

A single honeybee will only make about 1/12th of a teaspoon of honey in its entire lifetime.
That means every jar of honey represents thousands upon thousands of tiny flower visits and miles of bee travel. A hive works like a living farmhouse community, with nurse bees, guard bees, foragers, and even little bee “air conditioners” that fan their wings to cool the hive. 🍯✨

Next time you drizzle honey into tea or on a biscuit, you’re basically tasting a season’s worth of wildflowers and teamwork.
