I DID IT! ♥️🏋️🏻‍♀️✨ It’s been about 15 years since I took my first Body Pump class, and now I’m officially certified to start teaching it!

The words that usually come out of my mouth when I teach Zumba are things like, “Yeahhh!” “Wooohooo!” and “How low can you go?” 😂🤣😂 So learning to use clear verbal cues for an entire 55-minute class has been a challenge for me.

Besides cuing, this whole process has come with some learning curves, and I couldn’t be more thankful for:

1. The for not only giving me all the support I needed but also sponsoring my certification.
2. My amazing Body Pump tribe (aka my classmates ♥️), who supported me throughout this journey and even participated in my video assessment.

There’s still a lot more to learn and a lot more strength to build. I hope that my journey inspires you to chase your goals, too. LET’S PUMP!

Like many women, I understand the challenge of balancing family, home, and personal health.

But I’ve learned that taking small steps every day is key, along with finding something you can stay consistent with. For me, that’s been dance and strength training, and I can now see the results of sticking with it. It’s not just about physical changes—it’s about mental well-being too.

I hope my videos inspire you to move more, eat cleaner, and make healthier choices.
