We are adding another person to our sales Department!
We are seeking a motivated, positive sales associate to join our growing team. In this position, you will drive sales by assisting customers with their buying needs. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a talent for persuasive communication and a strong drive to succeed. Must have sales experience and be able to deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
Pay is hourly plus sales commission. This is a Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 at the office.
*Greet customers upon entering the store or over the phone.
*Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers
*Access a customer's needs and wants; answer questions and concerns
*Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value
*Cross-sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
*Upsell when appropriate; promote current sales, promotions, etc
*Team up with co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
*Be enthusiastic and informative about all products
*Take direction from and report to the assigned supervisor
*Meet (and preferably exceed) monthly and quarterly sales quotas
*Work as a team to achieve goals
*Sales Coach with weekly meeting.
*This is not a work-at-home job.
