I've always loved nature and taking pictures wherever I went. On my annual cruises, I began doing live reviews on a cruise-related website and sharing my pictures and experiences. I spent hours researching each destination to find the best tours and places to go. When a back injury and subsequent surgery limited most my travels to nearby my hometown of Poolesville, I began to spend more time taking pictures of local birds and scenery of Montgomery County's Agricultural Reserve.
