Posting here instead of my personal page because I have more on here :) Just found out yesterday that myself and my daughter have a gluten allergy and she has a dairy allergy too. We need to cut those out of our diet so if anyone has any good recipes or know of any good facebook groups let me know. I have joined a few as I start my research since this is all new to me, gluten is hard but dairy too is rough 🙁
