Apart from Barry looking like a stud I love seeing how dynamic he is getting over this jump pumping, manualling, and pushing off this backside while peddling out.

For newer riders it usually means learning each of these things individually and then starting put them together.

I have been teaching my riders how to pedal over jumps and get power of the backside of jumps!

Show up 10 minutes early to check, get bike and helmets ready and prepared to start on time.

What a great day.

This Father’s Day my kids made pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream, we went to church, I built up a bike (because kids keep growing) and ended the day with a pump track picnic dinner.

It was such a good day. I enjoy riding bikes with my family.
