Management yells at customers, It’s a Compliance Risk
Not to mention uncomfortable for the dinning room customers
Behavioral issues aren’t just “people problems”—they’re compliance problems.
When leadership yells at customers, organizations expose themselves to real risk: Hostile work environment claims when employees are forced to witness or participate in abusive behavior
OSHA and safety concerns tied to workplace stress and intimidation
Discrimination and retaliation exposure if outbursts are unevenly directed
Brand and regulatory scrutiny from documented complaints and public reviews
Compliance isn’t only about handbooks and checklists.
It’s about enforcing standards of conduct at every level—especially leadership.
