Here's an updated look at the Filmsquatch Bigfoot Short Film Challenge films that will be show this coming Saturday, May 30, at the Calcasieu Parish Short Film Festival in Sulphur, LA. If you're anywhere in the area come drop by and check them out. There will be other types of short films screening all day from 11AM-5PM. Narrative films, documentaries, animation, student films, and experimental film. All under 30 minutes. There is something for everyone; action, drama, horror, and sci-fi. Come check it out.

We want to thank William Bellott & Laura Waldron for the submission of their Bigfoot short film entry, "A Big Feat" into this year's Filmsquatch Bigfoot Short Film Challenge. It was made in Iowa.
You still have time to get your Bigfoot short in too. It's FREE to enter. PM us if you have one you want to submit or let us know if you are working on one.

"A Big Feat" will be screened this May 30 at the Calcasieu Parish Short Film Festival in Sulphur, Louisiana. It will also screen at the Boggy Creek Monster Mingle and the Lake Charles Film Festival.

Our guy apparently headed south of the border, grabbed a sombrero, and is now living his best life at a Cinco de Mayo parade… absolutely demolishing tacos like they’re craft services on a low-budget Filmsquatch movie shoot.

Witnesses say he’s been yelling “¡MORE SALSA!” and asking if anyone’s seen a Bigfoot movie with a mariachi soundtrack. Honestly… we’d watch that.
