Really thought things would be better. But seems that others have a different oponion. Well guess everyone is entitled to voice their own . So I'm gonna sound off with mine and what I've got to say. Well Port Toilet is still as sh*tty and stinks like a sh*****se baking in the sun . The rats are out. Though some but not enough are now in county where they belong. Just wondering though. What do the same people keep getting locked up and then released after a few weeks to a few months. Don't they know that the SNITCH AND RELEASE PROGRAM is no longer an elite group of individual's? Notice I did not say people? Why? Because anyone who gets caught doing what they know is wrong should lay down keep it zipped and get it done. The goon squad that comes n takes you out for you to talk has absolutely NO RESPECT FOR YOU. And quite frankly speaking neither does any of the old school people who have family that you want to ruin their family and friends. Just because you are not a man but a RAT!!!! And what do we do when we have a RAT problem? Well they are exterminated. It's long overdue THAT the people take back our neighborhoods. Show these degenerates that we will no longer take your threats. They are meaningless just as the RAT is. So steal if you want. Their are people just waiting to make examples out of them. By showing society who you are when you are missing a finger or so. Your marked as a thief. And so be it. The Saudi people do just this if someone is stealing. And so be it. They are lucky they are not stoned to death in public ex*****on on Fridays. So the way it looks is if your gonna steal your gonna get caught sooner or later and it always comes out. Because not only is this town to small. But people being as they are just like to talk. It makes no difference. They are going to talk. And this I can assure that the hospitals will be trying to stop the blood loss from you poor badtards that like to take things that other people have worked hard to get. No longer it this going to be an accepted practice. Get ready CAUSE here they come.

Well those of you who have been following me over the past year I wanna thank you very much for your support. Hopefully this year the page will grow and we will have more comments and participation in their events and experiences with local law makers and enforcement. As many of you know the 29th of March marked the Anniversary of our slain brother. Another life so unforgivingly gave his life for what he believed in. Had he known what the end result would have been, I feel that things would have been much different. I’m still trying to satisfy the bank with inspections and final finishing on what was an fully functioning office.
Still I have not gotten any response from the Charlotte County Sheriffs Department. Nothing from the advocate nothing from anyone. But rest assured that come this time next year this page will be supporting itself and buzzing with information about just how corrupt SW Florida Judiciary system really is. And they wonder why the citizens have very little trust in what our local government and criminal justice system has to offer. It’s been such a long and lonely road to travel alone. But once you’ve been more or less forced to go that way everything else seems to be less than important to you. All that matters is that the TRUTH come out and justice be served. I promise you that I will not rest till I am sure that my friend who was murdered his killer or killers have been brought to justice. The facts are just to overwhelming when there are conflicting statements between the Sheriffs Department and coroner report . So the next in depth report you readers and suppliers can count on would be that Report we all have been awaiting when you do hear for the first time it will be so shocking and brutal needs of violence that took an in willing life that had so much to give and so much to learn from . So please everyone invite your friends and family to share their experiences with us. Till we meet again and again God bless you all ant thank you very much for keeping us safe from corruption.

It’s almost been a year since all hell broke loose here and a killing took place. I not only lost a good friend but I’m not without the two most important people in my life all thanks to CCSO. I can’t wait for my baby to come home. And I still am not sure about what I gotta do this get my grandson back with me. I didn’t do anything wrong that I would think to cause them to remove him from my home. Certainly not inhabited since the RPG’s my count24 were found spent cartilages. And canisters were found in every location throughout my house. I can’t stress how they really over did the take back of the stand-off. There was absolutely no reason for them to cause all the damage n destruction they caused.So I lost not just mygrandson but my future wife because she is the sister to the man that was killed here. She’s now doing 24 months in Florida ‘s DOC. They got what they wanted this go round. But I promise it’s only just begun. I’m a long way from the final chapter in this story. I am not gona loose everything and then let CCSO cone out smelling like a rose NOT HAPPENING NOT HERE NOT NOW!!!!. This is what did happen. Later on the cost and rebuilding as all the other items were conveniently left out!!! Please take time to post and comment here this is the only way that we Being you n I are going to successfull in getting the word out. Without everyone’s support this is only a page . Here’s another fine one for you fine readers . On the 6, of last month while on my way to court to visit the infamous Judge Burns during Charlotte County Drug Court. I had the pleasure of meeting yet another of the country’s finest . I admit that I was speeding , I did see the officer and squad car. However I never passed him. Let it be noted that I didn’t record the incident. Which when asked for my license and insurance I most grateful presented.At this time the officer asked how my license was, not quite understanding what exactly he ment , I stated just fine.Now being late to court but thankful the first appearance hearings ran longer and to my advantage . I was not late and on time. Getting back to the traffic stop for speeding, I was served a ticket for speeding 9 miles over posted speed limit. A cost of $ 148.00. So now I get a ticket costing me $148.00 plus whatever else they apply. I have never had a speeding ticket in my entire driving career.So time goes by and I go pay the ticket which by the way I was late paying by 2 days. So when I get there to pay I was told the ticket could not be found. I asked how this could be but all I was told to do was to watch the mail and to call if I got anything in the mail. This really didn’t add up with me and still doesn’t. But so far I still have a valid license and there’s no outstanding fines.
My question is where is the ticket and who is accountable for these tickets when a citizen is summoned? Where does the ticket go once the officer post it in the vehicles computer? And then you are given a printout of the traffic offense and your explained the options you have to resolve the issue. Once you’ve been given the summons, put in the computer, where does it go from there and is it at all possible that a Traffic ticket could be lost once entered into the systems computer? I’m guessing here but could an traffic stop result in a harassment issue by somehow when printing out a phony summons which never goes into the systems computer? Is this even remotely possible for someone to be able to do? And why would any of our officers that have been sworn in to PROTECT AND SERVE, and a servant of the public that we are supposed to put our trust and faith in. How are we supposed to do that when the law enforcement is corrupt at this level. Again I welcome any and all suggestions and comments. Also if anyone wants to tell their story no matter how trivial you think it may be, it’s not to us . So please we welcome everyone to say it loud and like it is because until we make change possible, there will be no change and the system will remain corrupt.

I’m glad to see that folks are starting to visit the page and I still encourage everyone to please leave comments and let me know how you got here or your encounter with and the resulting outcome of the encounter. I encourage everyone who is stopped by any traffic stop to turn on and record the entire incident as it unfolds and to the end. I try to get here daily sometimes it’s late.but I don’t mind as long as we have the support and we are together doing what we do. Your suggestions, they are always more than welcome here. Please do leave them I’m still new trying to get this up and active. It’s important that we stay active and in control of our life which together I think we can get this going and active. Also I would appreciate your time and help in telling your friends family and those people that you have met before that may benefit from this page. I will be adding photos of my place afterwards and repairs have been completed, almost a year later and over $60,000.00 later (conservative figure) that was paid that the Charlotte County Sheriffs Department female negotiator said to me along with the lead major crimes detective told me that the Department would pay for any and all damages they caused during the stand-off here in good ole SW Florida of Charlotte County. Where they all are on the take and where the corruption begins to fall on the less than and unfortunates.Once you are caught in their web of deceit and lies they got you to do pretty much what they can get away with. As long as your cash is right you can pay to play in their backyard. It’s been proven that is the way they roll here. You don’t pay then you are sent away and I have seen it way too many times that the judges could care less what you tell them. I witnessed a drug court judge tell the entire audience made up mostly of drug court offenders, that because a girl had seen someone asleep in a parked car and didn’t go see if this person was alright . He ordered her to jail on weekends as well as Tell everyone he wanted a paper written with no less than 10,000 words subject; What it means to be a human being. Secondly he ordered it that everyone in drug court do a community service of their choice with no less than 8 hrs. And if it was not completely done that everyone would not be happy with his next order. By the way the girl who saw this other girl in the car and didn’t check on her was sentenced to do weekends in jail and I believe that he gave her either 30 or 90 days to do. So if that gives you any clue of what they do around here I hope that you have learned what you need to know to survive and live in Charlotte County, Florida. I can give you more of what this judge said that day like I would give you 50 years and go back to my chambers and. Eat a tuna sandwich. What the hell kind of human being would do that to another human being? And being in his capacity such as he it could mean the difference between life and death. Should we allow these judges the free reign of sentencing? Or should there be guidelines set fort for equal sentence for the crime committed? I’m about fairness and equality. What you sentence one person for you must sentence the next person to the same or less than depending on what the others records reflect.And another thing is that if you have gone to prison and done the time for that crime then that should be taken off your record and not counted against them again and all points be taken off from that prison sentence. It’s not fair that you do time and still you carry the points with you and if drug related your license is revoked. But you’re still required to keep a job. Well let’s see here the judge pretty much just assured me when he convicted me a felony. And there’s no one company that will hire a felon. So right there you odds are already starting to stack up against you from the start.This is a single example of what you are expected to do and what the court has adjudicated you guilty of and this goes with you for life! No matter if you EVER GET INTO ANOTHER BRUSH WITH THE LICAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS OR NOT!!! This said what do you now think about how the corrections department can and does to ruin your life not to mention your family and loved ones. Why should they care it’s not like they have ever done wrong. It fact they haven’t gotten caught is the only reason. I’m gona post this and hope i get reply’s. Cause my next post is going to be about two brothers on the Charlotte County Sheriffs Dept. Who one was just busted with his pants down using. County public service vehicles on county time in exchange for not going to jail. This is actually a true story. That occurred here recently. Make sure you check back real soon and read all about it. Today was another day that our finest were out in force being where they should not have been and not where they needed to be.But from what I’ve been told on any traffic stop if you are detained longer than 5 min the police have to either charge or let you go .
