It’s wild how many people still think w**d is only about “getting high.”
Truth is…after you’ve been smoking for a while, what even is a “high” anymore? 😮💨
A lot of us don’t smoke to escape reality.
We smoke to handle it.
To slow a racing mind.
To ease stress.
To quiet anxiety.
To dull pain.
To soften trauma.
To finally sleep.
To make it through another long day without snapping.
People love to say, “It’s not a good look walking around high all day.”
But here’s the thing—
I can smoke, step out the door, run errands, grocery shop, clean my house, reply to emails, cook dinner, take care of my kids, and move through the world like normal.
And nobody—not one single person—would ever know. 🤷♀️
Somehow there’s still this tired stereotype that w**d smokers are lazy, unmotivated, slow, or glued to a couch staring at cartoons.
Let’s be real for a second.
Plenty of people smoke daily and still show up to work, pay their bills, raise families, build businesses, keep homes together, battle depression, and hold their lives upright—often better than the people judging them. 💯
W**d didn’t ruin my life.
Stress did.
Anxiety did.
Trauma did.
Cannabis just made the weight feel a little less crushing.
So maybe instead of criticizing how someone copes, try remembering you have no idea what they’re carrying when nobody’s watching. 🌿
