Didn’t really feel like running today but I know that ruining my streak would feel way worse!
Having a streak going has always been a strong motivator for me to not miss workouts and this applies to running, weightlifting, or any goal I’m working towards!

My shin took a direct shot from a weight bench while helping a friend move last night! Felt zero pain in my legs during my run today! I think these calf sleeves are making a difference. I might pick up a pair of their socks next... 🧦🤔
