47 MAN-HOURS. 💪🧽

That’s what it took to complete this facility deep clean from start to finish—and I couldn’t be more proud of my crew.

Seven people. Two days. Machines running. A whole lot of scrubbing, detailing, problem-solving, and teamwork.

This wasn’t about coming in and pointing out what had or hadn’t been done before us. It was about taking a facility that needed some serious attention and giving it exactly that.

And when I tell you… the final result was BEAUTIFUL. 🤌✨

There’s something incredibly satisfying about walking into a project knowing you have your work cut out for you, and then standing there at the end looking at what your team accomplished.

47 hours of combined labor later, and Telaro is officially DONE. 🙌

I’m exhausted. My crew is probably exhausted. 😂 But DAMN, I’m proud of what we pulled off.

Now THAT is a clean you can feel. 🧼✨

Yesterday turned into today, so here we are spending our Saturday right back at it. 💪🏼

Nearly two years of heavy traffic and buildup means this facility needed a little more than your average mop-and-bucket situation — so the machines came out and they’ve been putting in WORK. 🧽😮‍💨

CLIENTS, PLEASE STOP GIVING OUT YOUR CLEANING RATE 😂

I LOVE referrals. Please keep sending your friends, neighbors, coworkers, cousins, everybody my way.

But when you refer them, give them my number… not your price. 😂

Your rate was quoted for YOUR home.

Same neighborhood? Doesn’t mean same price.
Same square footage? Doesn’t mean same price.
Same exact model house? Still doesn’t mean same price.

Two identical homes can require completely different amounts of time and work.

One may have two adults while another has a family of six.

One may have no pets while another has three shedding dogs.

One may stay pretty tidy between cleanings while another needs more hands-on attention.

Cleaning frequency, buildup, flooring, bathrooms, pets, clutter, requested extras and the amount of time needed all play a part in pricing.

And let’s not forget some of my longtime clients have been with me forever and may have rates that aren’t even offered anymore. 👀😂

So when you tell your friend, “She charges me $100!” and then I quote their home $160…

Now I look like I’m just making up prices as I go. 😂😂

I promise I’m not.

I priced THEIR home just like I priced YOURS.

Cleaning prices aren’t attached to a floor plan.

They’re attached to the WORK.

So please, please, PLEASE keep the referrals coming. ❤️

Just tell them:

Let’s talk about cleaning pricing for a minute. 🏡🧽

One of the biggest challenges in the cleaning industry is the idea that every home should cost the same simply because it’s the same size—or because a friend pays a certain amount.

The truth is… no two homes are the same.

A 2,000 sq. ft. home that’s maintained every two weeks is completely different from a 2,000 sq. ft. home that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in months. The amount of buildup, clutter, pets, children, number of bathrooms, flooring types, and the level of detail requested all affect the time and labor required.

When people compare prices with friends or neighbors, they’re only comparing square footage—not the actual workload.

Think about it this way:

🏠 Two homes can be the exact same size.
✨ One takes 2½ hours.
🧼 The other takes 6 hours.

Should they really cost the same?

Our pricing isn’t based on what your neighbor pays. It’s based on the amount of work required to provide the quality of service we’re known for.

We price every home individually because we believe that’s the fairest approach—for both our clients and our team. That means some homes may cost less than others, while some require more time and attention.

We appreciate everyone who trusts us to care for their home, and we hope this helps explain why every estimate is customized rather than “one size fits all.”
