To me, the moon is an object of infinite angles, so pairing intimate ground-level moments with sweeping bird's eye drone views let me capture its endless perspectives above Catalano Square last weekend. Witnessing the Museum of the Moon profoundly influence the energy and joy of the Third Ward crowds from every single angle was breathtaking.

Stepping into the Third Ward Moon Festival this weekend felt like entering a completely different world! 🌕✨

​Witnessing that massive, glowing Museum of the Moon suspended over Catalano Square while the big moon's light reflected the sheer joy of everyone around us was unforgettable. From soaking up the lively daytime atmosphere all the way into the late-night fun, the energy has been incredible. Even better? There's still one more full day to enjoy it!

Standing along the Milwaukee lakefront, watching a mellow sun sink low and paint the sky in a deep, radiant red, is one of those moments that stops you in your tracks.
Looking out toward McKinley Marina, the water of Lake Michigan smoothed out into a quiet, mirror-like surface—flawlessly reflecting the fiery horizon, the silhouetted masts of docked boats, and the maritime beauty of our city.

Pt. 18: Therapeutic Sunset

There are sunsets... and then there's a Milwaukee sunset. 🌅✨

Last night, the sky came alive with radiant shades of gold, orange, pink, and purple, painting the Milwaukee skyline, along with the bright Hoan Bridge, and the Milwaukee Pierhead Lighthouse in a breathtaking color as boats drifted peacefully across Lake Michigan.

There's something truly special about the view from the Breakwater Lighthouse—it's unlike anywhere else, where the city, the lake, and the sunset come together in one serene, unforgettable moment. Sometimes, the best therapy is simply slowing down and taking it all in. ❤️
