Before real estate, Megan Jumago-Simpson of Sonder Northwest | Portland Real Estate Broker was living a very different life.

She spent time teaching in Wuhan, moved to Shanghai, worked in event management and PR, and learned just enough Chinese to order food, talk to her landlord, and argue with cab drivers.

That experience abroad ended up becoming a pretty important part of the path that eventually brought her back to Portland and into real estate.
