This past weekend, I had the honor of presenting and serving full barista championship routines in San Francisco at The Wild Fox

These drinks and routines always have an incredibly special place in my heart and so often don’t live on beyond the end of a competition season. A huge thank you to everyone who entrusted me with providing this experience and for being such wonderful guests. Meeting and getting to dive deep with you on what coffee can be has left me with more gratitude and inspiration than I could have possible imagined.

A giant, humongous thank you to Rich Lee, Tsubasa Onozaki, Liza Otanes, and the entire The Wild Fox team for making this possible, providing the space, and supporting competition beyond the stage.

SAN FRANCISCO // For a single weekend in September, I’ll be bringing my 2026 US Barista Championship routine and drinks to The Wild Fox for a special set of ticketed services.

Come experience the world of competition coffee from a judge’s seat and explore flavor through a guided set of courses. During each service, I will take you through an espresso course, milk course, and signature beverage—all featuring coffees from some of the most awarded coffee farms in the world.

Each ticket includes:
-Competition routine performance
-Three drink courses
-Q&A
-Take-home gift bag
