Join us on September 14, at 9 AM on 90.7 FM KBOO Community Radio for an Interview with Oksana Freedom (Doloman) and Stanislav Ilin about the project "Golden Terra" - for those who stay to live on Earth to prosper.

Gold Terra is a place where life begins anew.
For those who stay to live on Earth - and want to prosper.
Interview with Oksana Freedom and Stanislav Ilin - founders of the Gold Terra project

Gold Terra is a territory of new life. Here people raise their heads proudly, and do not stretch out their hand for a handout.

Oksana and Stanislav will tell how, from personal experience and work with veterans in Ukraine, the idea was born to create a mobile eco-space in the USA, where pensioners, veterans, immigrants and youth find strength, launch businesses, learn from mentors and ... play chess to win not only on the board, but also in life.

Find out why they call Gold Terra a project “for those who remain alive on Earth” – and how each of us can become part of this success story.

In another life, I volunteer at KBOO Community Radio on a program called Between the Covers. A program dedicated to Books, Authors, and all things writing-related. Tune in Thursday, September 18th, 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, for an interview with award-winning author James Conroyd Martin. Jim is the author of The Poland Trilogy. His latest book, Napoleon's Shadow Wife, was just released. Please join me on Between the Covers for a fascinating conversation with one of America's foremost historical fiction authors.

Hi KBOO listener/supporters! Mike Fisher here, and I'll be hosting The Songcircle Friday (1:30pm-3pm on 90.7FM KBOO Portland & KBOO.FM). There are a ton of great new releases out and concerts coming to town soon, so we'll check out many of those artists Friday!...

New tracks from The Hives (pictured here at Miss Studios in 2023, and who are here next week!), Los Lobos, The Wood Brothers, Charley Crockett, Spoon, the California Honeydrops, Margo Price, Rodney Crowell & more! Other shows coming to town like Black Joe Lewis, Rhett Miller, The New Mastersounds & Alejandro Escovedo. Plus, classics from Joe Jackson, Steve Earle, Son Volt, Little Feat, The Shins & Delaney & Bonnie.

And we're nearing the end of our KBOO Out Loud Fall Fund Drive, here at this listener-supported community radio station, and we really need to make up for our loss of federal funding! So please make a donation of any size to keep The Songcircle and KBOO on the air. Just go to KBOO.FM/Give or text K-B-O-O to 4-4-3-2-1. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
