Anyone else tired of breaking news? 🙋🏼‍♀️ Sometimes the most important thing you can do is step away — from the headlines, from the noise, from the constant pressure to stay “in the loop.”

If the news feels heavy, it’s okay to put your phone down, take a breath, and reconnect with the people right in front of you. Your nervous system deserves a break. 💛

40% of Mainers voted absentee in the last election. Question 1 would dismantle that system and make it harder for thousands of families to have their voices heard.

Absentee ballots matter for Maine families: they give parents flexibility around childcare and work, make voting possible for rural households, and let kids see their parents model civic engagement.

This November, it’s critical to understand what Question 1 would change — and how it could impact families across our state. 🗳️
