The less you do to oysters, the better they taste in my opinion. This recipe came about when I wanted to cook the oysters, but I didn't want to overpower the subtle tastes of the oysters.

There's something special about seeing coffee plants, and then roasting coffee beans that grew on those same coffee plants.

Home roasting coffee is something that every coffee lover should do at least once in their life. Like learning any new cooking technique it demystifies the process into a simple process. And if you learn how to roast your own coffee beans you can oneup your coffee snob friends.
