Portland's Next Rock Radio Station We will be Portland's Next Rock Radio Station! Portland is mourning the loss of 101.1 KUFO. However, hope should not be lost! The idea is simple:

1. GET TO WORK!

Portland has the people to support and create a new revolution in radio; A station owned by listeners and loved by listeners. Portland's FM radio has hope, but only if you're willing to help! Organize a company and a business plan around Portland's music culture, with the intention of playing good Rock music.

2. Join together, all as owners and contributors, to fund the station. If we attract 100

,000 people at $1 per person, we would have $100,000 in capital to buy equipment, licenses, and FCC regulated airspace. If it were 100,000 at $10 per person, $1,000,000 is possible, which would be more than enough seed capital to get a good solid foothold.

On Jan. 24th, the Senate is expected to pass a bill for the first ever U.S. internet censorship system. While the Senate is holding town halls and meetings at home, they need to hear why they need to block the vote and kill this bill.

A lot of people, in noble effort, have brought at least some form of Rock back to Portland. Thanks to SAVE KUFO and The Chronicles Of Rock Radio for bringing rock awareness up in the wake of KUFO. But the battle isn't over until rock is back on FM band. Spread the word if you agree.

The Idea is Simple: Rock on FM!

Here's how we do it:

1. Set up a company with the intention of resurrecting Rock on FM radio.
2. Everyone invest (giving you part of the station, & giving you control)
3. BROADCAST!

Having a listener-owned radio station not only puts music back on FM radio, but if successful, could give you return on investment. We have the talent, the desire, and the way. Will you support it?

1. To show Alpha Broadcasting the number of clients they lost by converting KUFO into daytime talk.

2. To show Portland that it needs a rock music station, and that listeners can control what's on the radio.
