Blunt Youth Radio member Pi Crosby was recently part of the KCRW Radio Race, a high-stakes competition where you have just 24 hours to complete a 4 minute audio story based off a prompt. This year the theme for the event was "Your secret is safe with me." Pi produced a fun story about Harry Houdini's unsung assistant, Dorothy Young.

King Middle Schoolers just finished up their Spring Expedition, and Blunt Youth Radio/ WMPG FM was the community partner. For this expedition, students recorded and edited short audio postcards featuring local spots around Portland, Maine. Their guiding questions for designing these pieces were: What are our favorite places in Portland and the surrounding community? How do we spread the word about these locations? They did such a fantastic job, and a selection of their work is now available to listen to >> https://www.wmpg.org/ear-scramble/
