Despite President Donald Trump's grim characterizations, the protests outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building don't remotely match what's happening, the editorial board writes. While reality may not matter to Trump, the rest of the country should recognize the danger of a federal government willing to unleash the “full force” of the military in a peaceful city whose politics differ from the president’s.
