He was so flexible with our schedules, was always friendly, supportive, and so informative, and he made the entire house buying process absolutely seamless. It felt like buying a house was easier than buying a car - seriously - and it was because we had Rayko in our corner cheering for us and working tirelessly every step of the way. His experience working with Proud Ground was invaluable through the admittedly complex process. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way. Additionally, he was able to work around my schedule as needed. He is also just plain pleasant to talk to; he is very personable and friendly. As a first time homebuyer, I cant say that i have much to compare to. That being said, I couldn't imagine a better experience on the loaning side of things than what I received at Guild Mortgage. If anyone I know is thinking about purchasing a home, I'll know exactly who to recommend.

Rayko, if you're reading this, I'd like to extend my deepest gratitude for the amazing work you did to make homeownership a reality for me and my family. Thank you for the housewarming gifts as well. We decided to go unrepresented in the home buying process and having Rayko back us on all our decisions really helped when realtors wanted to try to play the you don't know what you're talking about card . We will definitely do business with Rayko and his team again . The only thing I can say to stream line your loan process as a buyer is if you have any buy now pay later pay them off before you start your loan .
