We decided to go unrepresented in the home buying process and having Rayko back us on all our decisions really helped when realtors wanted to try to play the you don't know what you're talking about card . We will definitely do business with Rayko and his team again . The only thing I can say to stream line your loan process as a buyer is if you have any buy now pay later pay them off before you start your loan .
