Our Smoked Crispy Bourbon Chicken Sandwich is officially part of Portland Mercury Sandwich Week 🔥🐓🥃🥪

Smoked chicken thigh, breaded & fried to crispy perfection, tossed in a sticky bourbon-honey glaze, layered with smoked aioli, cool cucumber slaw, fresh scallions, all stacked on a toasted cheddar-onion Kaiser bun.

Messy? Yes.
