Scott McEwen, who owns the studio Fry’s Pharmacy, suggested that Pro Tools makes musicians lazy. It makes your blood boil in a good way. It makes you nervous.”
The reasons that musicians record on outdated, archaic, and less flexible equipment are surprising.
