Mom's favorite song.
With a heavy heart I am sharing that my Mother passed away yesterday. I was her caregiver, but I am also her daughter and she was my best friend. My Mother was an artist who created magic with everything she did. Many of you knew her through the hair salon, where her clients became friends, and through the warmth and creativity she brought into every moment. Part of her magic was being able to always draw people close to her. I know you loved sharing stories with her and she always relished this special time.
I loved my Moms hands. Her beautiful soft touch and her gentle loving hands. I will miss her hugs and feeling her embrace when she tells me its all going to be okay. I will miss the future moments she won't get to see my milestones, my growth, and the life Ill now try to navigate without her. I keep opening little drawers of her special things and finding half done sewing projects, art, little patches of material, jewelry half made and it breaks me knowing she ran out of time to finish all she wanted to do. I found my baby diaper pins recently and just broke down. These moments are the hardest the un- told stories. We had so much more of our story to share, and its hard to imagine the days ahead without her; and thank you friends for allowing me the grace to cry and shatter my emotions everywhere.
I am deeply grateful for the love and support from everyone who donated, shared and kept her in their thoughts. Your kindness meant the world to her and means everything to me.

I want Mom to go be with her loving parents Frieda and Samuel Irwin in heaven and be free from all the pain she has endured. I love you Mommy.
there will be an end of life celebration at some point but I'm just too emotionally exhausted right now please keep looking at updates ♥️
