The Clarion won third in Oregon for our Print Newspaper!
On Tuesday Nov. 4, the Clarion went down to the University of Oregon campus for the OJEA fall media day for high schools across Oregon. Throughout the day, students heard from keynote speaker Joey Mcmurry and then got to participate in the endless workshops being held around the beautiful campus. Cleveland students also went on a tour of the U of O School of Journalism and Communication.
During the award ceremony at the end of the day, Clarion staff took home many individual awards along with the team award.
