Don’t rein me in, Ohio… I’m not done with you yet ❤️
This year, more than anything, I’m walking away with gratitude. Gratitude for the people I’ve met, the lessons I’ve learned, and the growth this program has pulled out of me year after year. Every single year, this organization teaches me something new about myself, and this year it reminded me of something so important: I am only just getting started.
For years, I searched for a place where I truly belonged, a place where I was celebrated for being the most authentic version of myself, and I can honestly say I’ve found it here. This program has given me so much more than a title or a crown; it has given me confidence, purpose, sisterhood, and a space to grow into the woman I am becoming.
Through my CSI, I’ve realized my passion for changing lives is bigger than I ever imagined, and my work is far from over. The chance to use my voice, my story, and my platform to make a difference is something I will never take for granted.
I didn’t have to make Top 10 to prove my growth to myself. I know how far I’ve come in just one year, and I am incredibly proud of the woman I’m becoming because of it. This journey continues to shape me, challenge me, and remind me that my purpose is so much bigger than a placement. And for that, I will always be grateful. ❤️
