Returning to the Long Story Short stage tonight for "The Kids Are Alright" is our friend Gail Knowles! Gail will tell the story of August-long road trips with her family and all the shenanigans that happen when you're crammed in confined spaces with your sisters. Did they all make it out alive?? Jessica Richards lives in Maine, but she didn't always live in Maine. In fact, she spent thirteen years living and working in Shanghai. Jessica is taking the Long Story Short stage for The Kids Are Alright show happening this Thursday night at 3S Artspace to tell the story of closing the door on her life in Shanghai and being forced to make a decision that didn't just affect her life, but also her three-year-old son's, and the man she loved.

The countdown is on for The Kids Are Alright show happening NEXT WEEK on Thursday, September 10, at 3S Artspace!

We're so excited about this lineup. One of our featured storytellers is Chris D'Amore! Chris is a photographer, musician, and writer. He will tell the story of being a thrill-seeking kid growing up, and of all the dangerous activities he got into that make parents hold their breath...now, as a parent himself, he sees some of his adrenaline-seeking tendencies emerge in his own kids.
