to the 2010s when we put on this show in the 3S Artspace gallery. Loved bringing stories about traveling on summer vacations with parents, summer romances, and the freedom of summer as a kid. As we close our the Summer of 2025, I'll be jotting down a few summer stories of my own - maybe for a future revamp of this theme?

What's your favorite summer story?

Thank you to the talented storytellers who shared their love stories last week at our show, Ghosted and other strange dating phenomena. We had a great turnout, too, including guests from Table of Plenty in Berwick, Maine, our non-profit partner for the show, and Maureen Kittredge, who told a ghosted story that will go down in Pink Pumpkin history!

If you missed the show, make sure to check it out when it airs on on Friday, June 27 at 7pm and Saturday, June 28 at 4pm.

Meet Gabbie Kelly, the founder of the Profit Mama, a business coaching consultancy, who has plenty of experience in front of an audience, but will be giving storytelling a shot for the first time. She describes her story, "Messy, True and Mine" like this:
"I used to think the mess meant I was failing — hurting people, ruining things. But looking back, that chaos was actually clarity. This is a story about listening to the voice under the noise, and letting your truth be bigger than your plan."
Come hear Gabbie share her truth at the Long Story Short show this Wednesday, June 11 at 3S Artspace

A big thank you to all the storyteller who told their Little White Lies tale last night. There were lies big and small thrown in the mix, some told to them, some told by them, and a little introspection about the lies we tell ourselves.

Thanks also to those who came out to the show - it was a stellar crowd with so much good energy.

If you missed it, you can hear a sampling of the stories on on Friday, March 28 at 7pm and Saturday, March 29 at 4pm.
