A few weeks ago, my office was wrecked by a flood. Floors torn up. Walls cut open. Total chaos.
And honestly? It knocked me down harder than I wanted to admit.
What I realized in that mess is this: life doesn’t always end one chapter neatly before the next one begins. Sometimes the page is half-ripped out, nothing makes sense, and you’re stuck in that uncomfortable space in between.
That’s the part nobody talks about.
The pause.
The uncertainty.
The part where you don’t know what’s next, but you still have to decide who you’re going to be in the middle of it.
I’m done taking things for granted.
Done waiting for life to magically get easier.
Done pretending hard seasons don’t hit hard.
This next chapter gets written on purpose.
If your health, your business, your relationships, or your mindset feel like they’ve been sitting in that weird in-between chapter lately, maybe this is your reminder: the story is not over.
You still get to decide if you’re the victim, the villain, or the victor.
I know which one I’m picking.
