My workout buddies did this while I was at work so I had to give it a go with a little modification😝
2 rounds: 40 sec on/20 sec rest
1) sliding pike (socks over a smooth floor is a great modification)
2) plank mountain climbers (do this on the ground for more stability)
3) bear crawl (modify to land with socks will give you a great workout)
4) bridge with knee bend and arm sweep (perform with socks over smooth floor would be 🔥)
5) Cossack squat with rotation (do this same movement with socks on smooth floor, adjust depth as needed)
6) sliding mountain climbers (grab your socks on a smooth floor)
