Shout out to the women who are healing from trauma and still showing up for life. β€οΈβ€πŸ©ΉπŸ’•

The women who carry responsibilities while carrying wounds.

The women who are breaking generational cycles while raising families.

The women who are learning to trust again after betrayal.

The women who are rebuilding their confidence after years of believing lies about themselves.

The women who are healing their minds while still running businesses, serving others, showing up for work, and keeping life moving.

People see your strength.

What they don't always see is the courage it took to get here.

The prayers prayed through tears.

The nights spent fighting anxiety.

The boundaries you had to set.

The healing work nobody applauded.

Sis, healing isn't weakness. Healing is warfare.

And every day you choose growth over giving up, truth over lies, and faith over fear, you're winning battles most people know nothing about.

"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." β€” Psalm 147:3

So if nobody has told you lately...

I'm proud of you. πŸ’•

Keep going.

Keep healing.

Keep believing.

God isn't finished with your story yet.

Drop a β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή below if you're choosing healing, one day at a time.

8 Ways to Declutter Your Mind and Renew Your Thinking ✝️🧠

Did you know your brain is constantly filtering information through something called the Reticular Activating System (RAS)?

Your RAS acts like a gatekeeper. It determines what gets your attention based on what you consistently focus on.

If you're focused on fear, problems, and worst-case scenarios, your brain will keep finding evidence to support them.

But here's the good news: God designed your brain with neuroplasticity, the ability to create new neural pathways and rewire your thinking.

That's why Romans 12:2 says: "Be transformed by the renewing of your mind."

God wasn't just talking about positive thinking. He was talking about transformation.

Here are 8 ways to begin decluttering your mind:
🌱 1. Accept what is. Stop fighting reality. Acceptance creates space for wisdom and peace.

🌱 2. Be kind to yourself. You cannot heal in an environment of self-condemnation.

🌱 3. Release your guilt and fears. What happened yesterday was not meant to imprison your tomorrow.

🌱 4. Let go of control. Trusting God often means releasing the need to manage everything yourself.

🌱 5. Let go of what no longer serves you. Old beliefs, unhealthy patterns, and fear-based thinking may have protected you once, but they may be limiting you now.

🌱 6. Focus on the good. Your RAS will begin finding more of what you intentionally look for. Gratitude changes what your brain notices. πŸ’•

🌱 7. Visualize the life you're building. See yourself walking in peace, confidence, healing, and purpose. Your brain responds to the pictures you repeatedly hold in your mind.

🌱 8. Clear the clutter. Not every thought deserves your agreement. Take captive the thoughts that do not align with God's truth.

Friend, healing begins when you stop rehearsing what could go wrong and start renewing your mind with what God says is possible.

Your brain can change.
Your thinking can change.
Your life can change.
Believe what God said. Then build. πŸ‘‘

Good Morning Beautiful Soul!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." β€” Proverbs 3:5

Can we be honest for a minute?
Trusting God sounds easy... until life doesn't go according to our plan.

Until the door closes.
Until the prayer goes unanswered.
Until the healing takes longer than expected.
Until the breakthrough doesn't come when we thought it would.

That's when trust becomes more than a scripture we quote. It becomes a choice.

A daily surrender. A decision to believe that God is still good even when we don't understand what He's doing.

Sis, God never asked you to have all the answers. He never asked you to figure everything out. He simply asked you to trust Him.
Trust Him with the dream.
Trust Him with the healing.
Trust Him with the waiting.
Trust Him with the parts of your story that don't make sense yet.

Because what feels confusing to you is never confusing to God. The same God who knows the end from the beginning is already working in places you cannot see.

So today, release the need to control.
Release the need to understand every detail.
Release the pressure of carrying what was never yours to carry.
And trust the One who has never failed.

πŸ’› Trust over fear.
πŸ’› Faith over feelings.
πŸ’› God's plan over your understanding.

What's one area of your life where God is teaching you to trust Him more?

You are not the darkness you endured. You are the light that refused to surrender. πŸ’‘

The pain was real.
The betrayal was real.
The rejection was real.
The trauma was real.

But hear me:
Those things happened to you. They are not who you are.

Too many women spend years identifying with their wounds instead of the woman God carried through them.

You are not your anxiety.
You are not your mistakes.
You are not your divorce.
You are not your abuse.
You are not your past.

You are the woman who kept showing up.

The woman who kept praying when it hurt.

The woman who kept believing when nothing made sense.

The woman who refused to let darkness have the final word.

"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." β€” John 1:5

Sis, the fact that you're still here is evidence of God's faithfulness.

The darkness didn't win. The pain didn't define you. And your story isn't over.

You are not the darkness you endured. You are the light that refused to surrender. πŸ’•

Drop a πŸ’‘ if you're choosing to walk in God's light today.
