đź‘€Who is Uncle Chris, you ask? Here he is around 1990, before his popular Gourmet Steak Seasoning was even a thought! When IH-10 was expanded to a second level, we had to move our iconic sign to the location it is today.
So in case you were wondering, yes, he is a real person, and an uncle to numerous nieces and nephews!
