Dear Friends: I’m very pleased to announce that Blueline Magazine has earned a $2500 grant from the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP)! A longtime supporter of Blueline, CLMP is “a nonprofit organization that supports and promotes independent literary publishers in New York and beyond.” The editors will devote this generous grant to redesigning our webpage and purchasing advertisements in regional media (TBA). It’s always a privilege to work with CLMP’s staff!
Blueline’s editors and interns are currently assembling our 46th annual volume, to be printed in early summer. This year’s poets include David Radavich, Katharyn Howd Machan, Cathy Cultice Lentes, Lee Slonimsky, Pam Clements, Joseph Bruchac, Grace Vermeer, James Deahl, Dale Hobson, and 35 other exceptional poets. We’re also featuring excellent short fiction by Susan J. Newell, Roger Sheffer, Massie McAdoo, and Margaret S Marangione. This year’s volume will also include stunning regional photography by Barry Lobdell and vibrant fine art by Janet Millstein.
If you’d like to subscribe to Blueline (or need to renew), three-year subscriptions are available for $36 (for US residents) or $44 (for international residents) until May 1, 2025. (After that, our three-year rates will need to increase to $40 for US mailing and $48 for international mailing.) Please mail checks, payable to Blueline Magazine, to The Editor / Blueline, 120 Morey Hall, SUNY Potsdam, 44 Pierrepont Ave, Potsdam, NY 13676.
You can reach the editors anytime at [email protected] Our website includes Submissions Guidelines, along with information about Blueline’s mission, history, and excellent internship program at SUNY Potsdam: http://bluelineadkmagazine.org/
Many thanks!
