5 weeks ⏭️ 12 weeks

Working out has been a struggle for me with this pregnancy. And that’s been hard to handle. Working out always helped ground me and ease my anxiety. It was a way to release tension and stress.

I have to listen to my body now more then ever. I have to pay attention to what it needs and what workouts feel good, and which moves don’t.

I continue to move my body in any way that I can, and I’m proud of any movement I get!! And I am beyond grateful for my fit squad who support and cheer me and everyone else on. No matter what.

And now I’m in Florida getting ready for my wedding this week!!

When was the last time you let your guard down, in front of other females, and were authentically YOU?

Trust me. I know its scary. You’re afraid of being judged or compared. Not feeling like you “measure up.”

But you could be missing out on the friendship of a lifetime! I met my girl Mallory on Instagram through our business. Immediately I knew she was a friend for life. We met in person for the first time on my bachelorette trip and she’s one of my bridesmaids!
