One thing I like about revolving sushi spots is not having to commit to one order.
At , the plates keep coming around, and we ended up grabbing a little bit of everything — fresh sashimi, specialty rolls, hand rolls, and a few hot appetizers in between.
Unlike some revolving sushi spots where food sits for a while, most of the sushi we tried tasted freshly made, and the sashimi was surprisingly fresh too. We kept saying “just one more plate” until the stack started getting a little out of control.
The space is also bigger than I expected, which made dinner feel a lot more relaxed.
