Everyone’s health journey is different!
The tools I need for my journey may look similar or different than yours. Everyone is unique, which I love. We definitely don’t want too many of me running around.🤣
The goals for my journey are to make the days/years in my life quality, meaning I am able to play with my kids and work on the farm without discomfort, etc. I have seen several people close to me experience joint discomfort, decreased stamina and memory loss just to name a few. So if I can give my body what it needs to keep these discomforts at bay for as long as possible, I am going to!
Here are a few of the main things I am focusing on: mindset, hydration, exercise, joint support, nutrition and nutritional supplements.
I addition to leaning about ways to keep my body functioning as best it can, I have been soaking in all of the information I can on pep*tides. The benefits I have read about sound amazing and am glad I am learning about the now, so if in the future they are something I need to add in, I am ready.
