The Pratt County Health Department is now offering Public Transportation vouchers for anyone needing a ride TO and/or FROM the Pratt County Health Department! 🚌 Pratt County Volunteer Senior Program - VSP

We are now offering Public Transportation vouchers for anyone needing a ride TO and/or FROM the Pratt County Health Department! 🚌 Pratt County Volunteer Senior Program - VSP

Must have an appointment or be seeking a service at PCHD on the day of the ride to receive a voucher.

🚌Traveling TO PCHD: Inform the RSVP bus driver that you have an appointment at PCHD and will pay with a voucher.

🚌Traveling FROM PCHD: When the bus driver picks you up, give them the Public Transportation Voucher.

PCHD will need to write on the vouchers, any individuals who misuse the vouchers will be denied future voucher use.
