GRyT Launches in Central Arizona - Regional Movement for Growth, Innovation, and Collaboration
Entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community influencers from across Yavapai County gathered on October 21, 2025 at the Espire Sports conference room in Prescott, Arizona, to celebrate the official launch of GRyT (www.GRyT.work) — a new regional initiative dedicated to fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and advancing economic sustainability for a stronger, more vibrant Central Arizona.
With the tagline “Thriving by Choice,” GRyT represents a collective commitment to action, bringing together people who are ready to shape a resilient and prosperous future for the region.
“GRyT isn’t another committee or agency — it’s a movement,” said Brad Fain, GRyT founding member and CEO of Fain Signature Group. “We’re uniting around shared goals — to strengthen our communities through leadership, innovation, and collaboration — and we’re starting that work today.”
The October 21 launch welcomed over 100 local innovators, civic leaders, and young professionals, all focused on finding creative, practical solutions to regional priorities such as housing, workforce development, water management, and tourism.
From Collaboration to Action
GRyT builds upon the foundation of respected regional organizations including the Central Arizona Partnership (CAP), the Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation (PVEDF), and the Prescott Chamber Foundation. While honoring their legacies of collaboration and advocacy, GRyT is designed to move forward with renewed energy and purpose — turning shared ideas into measurable results.
“We are deeply grateful to the organizations and leaders who have come before us,” said Sheri Heiney, GRyT co-founder and President of the Prescott Chamber of Commerce. “They laid the groundwork for cooperation. GRyT is the next step — transforming that cooperation into action that benefits our entire region.”

Next-Gen Leadership – Empowering young professionals through mentorship, tools, and opportunities to lead.
