just went to the Presque Isle store to sign up for a new account. I spoke to a man named Darnell before I headed to PI from Fort Kent. He told us to come on over and they close at 5. We made it late due to traffic, about 5:10. Turns out, he waited for us! On top of that, he forgot that they changed their hours as of yesterday and it closed at 4. He stayed a whole extra hour to wait, and then another hour to set up the plan. This man stayed TWO HOURS extra! If he doesn't deserve a raise, I don't know who does. The store is clean, comfortable and inviting. If the rest of the workers are anything like Mr. Darnell, I suggest you go to that store whenever you have any electronic needs. 100% recommend. Also, give that man a raise!!!
