My first set of wheels.... A Knight Rider Big Wheel with hand break. Pretty much the coolest thing a 6-year old could be sportin' on the streets.....well, ok...the sidewalk.

As I took time in the last 2 weeks to reflect, rest, do my internal work, and connect with others, I am no doubt a little different than when I began.

I think it's important to embrace the undeniability of change. Big change takes time and resilience to adapt to. Small changes are a nice practice in normalcy.

These changes and self-evolution play out in what we create and manifest in the world through our different roles and passions.

For singers and songwriters, it seems to me almost necessary that their own musical expressions change over their lifetime.
