I know what it feels like to get to the weekend and just need to decompress. I know the feeling of being ready to shut everyone out and staying under the covers all day. We all face those moments of burnout or overstimulation, and that need to just pull into ourselves for a little while.
It's okay.
But know, you're not going through it alone.

Just like that, I'm back to loving life again 🙌
Today is wonderful opportunity to flip your energy and regain that perspective that tells each of us, there's so much more good ahead of us.
Milestones can be scary and we're quickly speeding through the first half of this year. But don't hit the brakes! 🏁 There's absolute more good coming, and I, for one, am excited to continue to prove my younger self wrong in the best ways.

Happy June! Are you ready to begin these summer months in the middle of the year? Well, this is our early-summer reminder:
Sometimes it's "adventure is out there!" and other times it's adventure is waiting for you to walk through the door and feed them 😹
Either way there are wonderful silly moments to be lived and to be discovered. Happiness does not need you to chase it down. Happiness needs to be cuddled & enjoyed and recognized in these ever-passing moments 🤍

May you be able to start your June by counting the blessings or writing down your gratitude list, so that you can remember just how much good surrounds you.

Can you believe the month of May is drawing to a close? Butt-wiggle engaged! We're about to pounce into June.
This is your reminder that even with it being almost halfway through the year 2026, you are not falling behind! Not for the month, the year, or your lifetime. Just breathe.

There's still hope. There are still so many wonderful opportunities laying just ahead of us. Trust me! The cats I've worked with in rescue, in shelters, in feral-to-family situations have taught me this: you have enough time. You are still capable of receiving wonderful surprises and Love. Life can be beautiful again 💕
