Responsibilities include:
💙 Greeting and checking in clients with a warm, friendly attitude
📅 Scheduling appointments and managing bookings
📞 Answering calls and handling inquiries
💻 Assisting with administrative tasks and client records

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔️ A positive and professional demeanor
✔️ Experience in customer service or reception (Med Spa, salon, or aesthetics experience is preferred)
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
