Please read the following information on how to determine your race, how to keep score and how to follow the live bracket.

SKILL CATEGORY RANGES:
- Category 4: ≤480 FargoRate (Race to 4 max)
- Category 5: 481-530 FargoRate (Race to 5 max)
- Category 6: 531-590 FargoRate (Race to 6 max)
- Category 7: 591-630 FargoRate (Race to 7 max)
- Category 8: 631-660 FargoRate (Race to 8 max)
- Category 9: 661-699 FargoRate (Race to 9 max)
- Category 10: 700-730 FargoRate (Race to 10 max)

**1️⃣ HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR RACE FOR EACH MATCH:**

STEP 1: IDENTIFY THE MAXIMUM RACE
The highest-rated player in the match determines the maximum race length.
- Example: 585 player (Category 6) vs 629 player (Category 7) = Race to 7 maximum

STEP 2: USE THE FARGORATE APP
1. Open your FargoRate app
2. Use the SEARCH FUNCTION to find "Race Calculator"
3. Enter BOTH players' ratings
4. Look at the HOT column (all the way to the LEFT)

STEP 3: FIND YOUR RACE
- The calculator shows three categories: HOT, MEDIUM, MILD
- WE USE HOT RACES ONLY (leftmost column)
- Find the row that matches the highest player's maximum race
- The HOT column will show each player's race

**2️⃣ SCOREKEEPING:**
📱 You will receive TEXT MESSAGES through Digital Pool with a direct link to keep score for your match
📱 The scorekeeping link opens in your web browser - NO APP DOWNLOAD REQUIRED
📱 Both players can access and update the score using this link
📱 The FargoRate app is ONLY for determining race lengths - NOT for scorekeeping

**3️⃣ FOLLOWING THE BRACKET:**
📱 Use the live tournament bracket link at the top of this post
📱 Real-time updates as matches are completed
📱 Can also be used for scorekeeping if needed

IMPORTANT RULES:
🔴 MINIMUM: 3 games (even if calculator shows lower)
🔴 MAXIMUM: 10 games (highest possible race)
🔴 HOT COLUMN ONLY - ignore medium and mild
