Wayward Raven Media, LLC is an independent comic book company that focuses on creator owned limited series and one-shot comics. Our motto is "Dead is dead" so when characters die in our stories the emotional impact is not diminished by the possibility of resurrection or retconning. We will not pursue long duration ongoing series comic books. We love ongoing series but we desire finality in our sto

ries, whole and to themselves. Wayward Raven Media was formed when Aegis Creative Enterprises grew beyond its original mission of providing creative content to the comic book and film industries. After launching at the New York Comic-Con in 2012, it became clear that addition horizons would be sought by expanding into prose and children’s book publishing along with a web comic called Damn Heroes. The company helm is navigated by Mark C. Frankel CEO/COO, Alexander Sapountzis Chief Technologist/User Experience and Joshua Lee Andrew Jones Chief Creative Officer. They are located in the NY-Metro Area.
