4% odor free lidocaine cream is a great low cost alternative for tattoo numbing cream — and no this isn’t sponsored!! Just coming from a real person who’s tested it out TWICE and can confirm it really does work. 🫶🏽🙂‍↕️

honoring my heritage with this one 🥹🇬🇹🖤⛓️

I wanted this piece to carry my mother’s culture in a way that felt meaningful, intentional, and honorable.

Growing up Guatemalan, you know how much our parents talk about El Quetzal — Guatemala’s native bird and a symbol of freedom. That meaning has always stayed with me.

To me, freedom means being fully, unapologetically yourself. And as an autistic person, that has not always been easy. But I’m finally in a season where I’m unmasking, unlearning who society taught me to be, and becoming more free in who God created me to be.

The flowers in this piece are La Monja Blanca (The White Nun Orchid), Guatemala’s national flower. I chose them because I wanted every part of this tattoo to hold significance.

La Monja Blanca is often associated with resilience, dignity, and strength through adversity. And in many ways, it reminds me of the Guatemalan people. We are often overlooked, underestimated, or mistaken for being passive because of our humility and kindness. But there is a quiet strength in our culture—a resilience that has carried generations through hardship while still remaining grounded in faith, family, and community.

This piece is my reminder of freedom, identity, resilience, and where I come from.

Proud to be Guatemalan. 🇬🇹🖤

In honor of Autism Awareness Month coming to end, I wanted to share this short film project I produced during my time with

This project is deeply meaningful to me as it captivated a time when I was deep in the rut of autistic burnout. Completely isolated from the world, unsure of who I was vs. who the world told me I had to be. In the last year — I not only found myself, but I found God, and he brought me to a whole new, reborn, and renewed version of me. One who steps proudly into who she is, speaks with certainty, and doesn’t dim her light.

A year ago the season of burnout felt like defeat, like the end. Today, I realize God put me in that season because what I needed most was stillness in order to finally hear HIS voice — and not that of the world.

This page is a space where we openly discuss our journey with God — the real, raw and authentic side. A space where we proudly advocate for neurodivergent people. And a place rooted in love, representation, and compassion. If this sounds like the space you need, make sure to follow along. 💙

happy world autism awareness day from me 🤍

I didn’t always have the words for why everything felt so heavy.
why I felt too much, too loud, too sensitive — too me.

turns out I wasn’t broken. I was just wired differently in a world that never really made space for that.

I’m still learning. still unmasking. still meeting the version of myself God made on purpose.

if you’re autistic, late diagnosed, or just starting to figure yourself out — you’re not alone. this page has always been a safe place and that’s not changing 🫶🏽

I smoked every single day for 5 years and convinced myself it was helping. It wasn’t. I was completely checked out, missing out on my own life.

Today I am celebrating 1 year sober, 1 year since I surrendered to God and put it down cold turkey. I am now more alive, present, and more myself than ever.

If you’ve been thinking about quitting — this is your sign. The version of you on the other side is worth it. 💝

“Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Some seasons will break you all the way down.
But what if the breaking was always part of the plan?

I found God in my darkest season — and everything changed. Not overnight, not perfectly, but slowly, steadily, He began to rebuild what was lost. The turmoil, the shedding, the pain… it was all leading somewhere.

Now I stand on the other side with more clarity, more confidence, and more peace than I’ve ever known — because I’m not building alone anymore.

If you’re in the middle of your rebuilding season, this is your reminder:
What broke you is becoming your testimony. Your story isn’t over. It’s just being rewritten.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3
