On May 28th the Tennessee Highway Patrol hosted the Tennessee Trucking Association & Foundation and some of their members at the Giles County Scales, along with our partners from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

This event gave the trucking industry a front-row seat to exactly what goes into commercial truck inspections.

Bringing everyone together like this creates a stronger bond between law enforcement and the drivers on our roads.

Safety is a team effort, and strong public-private relationships ensure everyone takes an active role in keeping Tennessee highways safe.
