Back in 1995, dear friend Elizabeth Czajkowski-Rotfeld was diagnosed with a kidney disease called IgA nephropathy. Basically this disorder is caused by deposits of the protein immunoglobulin A (IgA) inside the glomeruli (filters) within the kidney. This Non Profit Spotlight helps to put a spotlight on ways to help those who are in search for a Kidney, just like Lizzie.
