Dr. Michelle Gordon I was a burned-out multi-million-dollar single specialty (general surgery) practice owner. Then I discovered that suffering is optional. This has been my pivot.

I'm living in alignment with my values without having to worry about whether a health care conglomerate agrees with my clinical decisions or if I fit in the box a hospital made for their procedure-based doctors.
