🍂 CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS: “THE FALL” 🍂
Divergents Magazine is officially accepting submissions for our next issue, themed “The Fall.”
What does the fall mean to you?
Maybe it’s autumn: the changing leaves, colder nights, familiar traditions, and the strange feeling of watching another year begin to wind down.
Maybe it’s a fall from grace: a mistake, a failure, a relationship ending, or a moment when everything came crashing down.
Maybe it’s falling in love.
Falling apart.
Falling into something new.
Or maybe The Fall means something completely different to you.
At Divergents Magazine, we want to see how neurodivergent writers, artists, and creators interpret this theme through their own experiences, imaginations, and perspectives. We welcome work that takes the theme literally, metaphorically, seriously, humorously, or somewhere completely unexpected.
We are looking for fiction, creative nonfiction, poetry, personal essays, artwork, photography, and other creative work from neurodivergent creators.
🍁 Theme: The Fall
📅 Submission Deadline: October 30, 2026
📧 Send submissions to: [email protected]
📧 Questions? Contact Managing Editor Matthew Walton: [email protected]
Don’t feel like your work has to fit neatly into someone else’s definition of The Fall. We want to see what the theme means to you.
So take the leap.
Take the risk.
And if you fall?
Write about it.
